Temporary Food Safety and Service Information & Forms

4-H Sheboygan County Programs that include serving, selling, or providing food must consider food safety a top priority. Leaders must review the Temporary Restaurant Guidelines with key leaders and a Food Service Application must be completed for each event. THERE IS NO FEE CHARGED FOR OUR EVENTS! Please call your 4-H Youth Development Educator at 459-5903 to determine which events must be reported.
