Horse & Pony Project Clothing Order Form

Horse Project Member in Good Standing: In order to exhibit at the Sheboygan County Fair and other State Events members must attend 5 county meetings.  One meeting must be 1 of the 3 mandatory handbook meetings held in January, February and March and 1 of the 2 pre-Fair Mandatory meetings held in August.

Mandatory Meeting Dates:  If you cannot attend any of these meetings you must contact Wendy Krueger at (920) 838-2589 or Angel Noll at
(262) 689-1488 before the last handbook meeting starts and/or before the last pre-Fair meeting starts.

  • Thursday, January 25, 2018 – starting at 6 pm at the UWEX office in the Wombat room.  This meeting is geared toward our HHG and first year members as we will go into further detail on the handbook but is open to any member who cannot make either of the other two meetings.
  • Friday, February 23, 2018 – Auction and Handbook Meeting at Laack’s Hall in Johnsonville.  Dinner starts at 5 pm with the handbook meeting starting promptly at 7:30 pm.  Tickets for the dinner are available by contacting Angie Albrecht at (920) 226-1709.  At the conclusion of the handbook meeting our live auction will start.
  • Thursday, March 22, 2018 – Final Handbook Meeting at UWEX in the Wombat room starting at 6 pm.  Anyone who has not attended one of the prior meetings needs to attend this meeting to be a member in good standing.
  • Wednesday, August 22, 2018 – Pre-Fair Mandatory Meeting at Sheboygan County Fairgrounds at the Announcer’s Booth starting at 6 pm.  This first meeting is again geared toward the HHG and first year members as we will go into further detail about fair and what to expect but this meeting is also open to any member who cannot make the Thursday night meeting.
  • Thursday, August 23, 2018 – Final Pre-Fair Meeting at Sheboygan County Fairgrounds at the Announcer’s Booth area starting at 6 pm. Anyone who has not attended the Wednesday night meeting needs to attend this meeting to be a member in good standing.

Quiz Bowl & Hippology:  Starts Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 6:30 pm at Redeemer Church in Plymouth.  If you have any questions concerning quiz bowl or hippology, please contact Megan Hansen at (920) 889-6497.  NOTE LOCATION CHANGE:  All meetings January 23, 2018 or after will take place at Plymouth High School.
